Two kind-hearted outlaws, Boomer and Tyson, flee from the ruthless Hong Kong mafia leader Ling after placing a bet of three hundred thousand dollars on a race. Meanwhile, famous musician John Ma, who is in Hong Kong to give his first concert, gets caught up in an exciting event due to his resemblance to Boomer.
