John (Adkins, Hell Hunters 2) wakes up from a coma to learn that his wife and daughter have been brutally murdered. The attack doesn’t seem to make sense. Eventually, Luke Devereaux (Van Damme) swears to kill the man who killed his family… As John tries to come to terms with the truth, things only get more complicated and then UniSol enters the picture. As John approaches an army of genetically enhanced warriors led by Andrew Scott (Lundgren) and Devereaux, he learns a lot about himself and begins to question everything he believes to be true.
