Universal Soldier: The Return 1999
In the first film, the last surviving Luc Devereaux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is living with his wife and daughter in the second installment. Years have passed since the events, and he continues to work as a technician in a special government project to create a super strong, intelligent, and unbeatable soldier. His regular life is disrupted with the development of SETH.
