Revenge time… Anthony Lowe (Van Damme) is a detective who is not well-liked in his unit. A press operation he organized ends in failure. Callaghan (Stephen Rea), who extorts money from all over New Orleans, not only manages to escape, but also brutally kills two police officers. Lowe swears to take revenge. Callaghan also has some past scores to settle. Lowe fights with the mafia to save his troubled marriage. His wife Valerie (Selina Giles) is pregnant. But the child is from someone else.
