Vidocq 2001
Vidocq is set in 1930s Paris. Detective Vidocq goes missing while chasing the Blood Alchemist. A killer who selects his victims from young girls causes panic in the city. Vidocq, the only one who can solve this situation, becomes a victim of a masked serial killer with supernatural powers. Étienne Boisset, who decides to write Vidocq’s biography, steps in to investigate this death and seek revenge.
