Mysterious virus outbreak. Before it spreads, Emma and her sister Stacey, normal young girls living in a small town. When the town is quarantined, barriers come between the girls and their families. With other familiar people infected, they barricade themselves at home with neighbor Evan. But they may be too late, as the virus is already among them. Emma must choose: protect her sister or survive the virus.
