Adapted from a comic book set in the Cold War era, the story takes place in New York. In 1985, the Soviet Union and the United States are on the brink of nuclear war, and our heroes in the story go about their daily lives wearing costumes among the public. Although they are called superheroes, their only special power is their will and determination. These individuals work tirelessly to ensure justice to the best of their abilities.
