In November 1988, a new type of drug creates a crime wave in New York City. Bobby Green, manager of a Russian nightclub in Brighton Beach, finds himself caught in the crossfire. Despite his ties to the criminal underworld, he is devoted to his girlfriend Amada. However, Bobby harbors a secret: his brother is a police captain. As tensions rise between Bobby’s family and his criminal associates, he must choose which side to align with.
