Wheely, a brave car, holds the title of the fastest taxi in the city and has a huge crush on Bella Di Monetti, another taxi. He has gained fame throughout the city for always finishing his customers’ jobs in the fastest way possible. One day, while working on a fast-paced day, something unexpected happens and he crashes into Bella, the car he is in love with. When the car mafia leader Kaiser, who is also in love with Bella, gets involved, things are bound to get messy.
