James West, a young man highly respected by those around him, is a secret government agent. He takes great care of his appearance and is very dedicated to his job. With his bizarre inventions, almost everyone knows him. While everything seems normal, a villain of the Wild West, Arliss Loveless, is plotting terrible assassination plans, with the intention of eliminating the President of America. Now, James and Artemus, two talented and somewhat comical agents, must stop the villain at all costs.
