Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings 2011
A group of friends decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. However, they get lost in a storm after making a wrong turn and stumble upon an abandoned sanatorium while looking for shelter. Happy to have found a place to stay safe from the harsh weather, they soon realize that the sanatorium has a dark past with some former patients still lurking around and not too pleased with the uninvited guests. The college students must fight to survive all night in a deadly game of cat and mouse, using only their wits to protect themselves from the manifestation of power in this place where they are trapped due to the natural conditions.
