Lea, who is suffering from a deadly illness, sets off to Zurich with the intention of ending her life. She sends messages to her sister, mother, and grandmother, informing them of her birthday wish. While staying at a hotel, she meets a strange but charming man named Moritz, who is also in Zurich for the same purpose.
